Shipping your This Little Curly curl products...
and on very rare occasions returning them

Here at This Little Curl, we love and care for our Earth, that's why you'll notice that all our packaging is recyclable. All of the brown packing paper is recyclable, with 75% of it being recycled at least once  already even before getting to you. 100% of any other packaging you may receive with your goodies is reused packaging from our suppliers (those nuggets you think are styrofoam are actually cornstarch substitutes that are both renewable and completely biodegradable!)

After you've unpacked all your goodies, please remove the packing tape, fold your box down and place it and the packing paper in your recycling bin.

State restrictions apply on soft plastic recycling through use of curbside bins, local council should be consulted prior to disposal of packing tape **handy hint** many large shopping chains now have soft plastic recycling bins you can utilise.

 

Pre-orders

Please note that if your order contains an item on pre-order, your entire order will be held until the pre-orders have arrived. If you would like to have your in-stock items shipped immediately please ensure you place a separate order.

 

 

Returns

 

Did you change your mind?.. No problem, Please feel free to return your UNOPENED product or item, within 7 days, for a full refund.

We will cover postage if the return is due to an error on our behalf (faulty or incorrect item).

 

Please allow approximately 3 weeks from the date you post the item for your refund to show (shipping 5-7 business days, in office processing 1-2 business days, 7-9 days for the bank to clear payment).

Shipping

All orders are shipped via Auspost. Most packages arrive between 3-5 business days of ordering, however, please allow up to 9 days for economy post services. Any additional delivery requirements left in the comments section will be passed to the shipping service where able.

Australia post shipments default to Authority to leave in the absence of further instruction. We accept no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged items left at your address with your permission or neglect to advise otherwise.

 

Due to postal costs, we are unable to provide tracking for delivery outside of Australia. If this is something you require please get in contact BEFORE placing your order for a postage quote.

 

Orders sent to New Zealand will be shipped with Australia Post, in conjunction with New Zealand Post. Please allow around 12 Business days for your orders to arrive. Due to Australia Post Rates, all New Zealand shipping is tiered depending on order weight. Starting from $12.95AUD for small orders and ranging up to $55.95AUD for large orders ranging over 3kg.
